The 2018 TWTS Leadership Retreat is a unique three day retreat that is rich in content and career development training all conducted in a pleasant and enjoyable live/learn environment.
This exciting part of the TWTS program will be a dynamic weekend of personal enrichment and leadership training. A full immersion experience in personal and leadership development that will leave you confident and prepared to step into your future. This vital portion of the TWTS program will involve dynamic guest speakers, pro mentors all in an experiential learning environment. This rich learning environment will include training sessions, small group discussions, recreational activities and mentoring.

Session 1 - Dealing with Adversity
Managing set backs and challenges well is essential for effective leaders.

Business Development Executive within the Pacific Northwest for Sierra Systems. Prior to joining Sierra Systems, Craig was the National Practice Director for Business Transformation Services with Unisys Corporation. He started with Unisys in 2002 and led the National team that brought Business Transformation Services to the State and Local Government Sector. Craig has provided Consulting Services to a wide variety of clients include the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Washington D.C. - Department of Public Works, State of New York - Department of Taxation and Finance, City of San Jose (CA), City of Seattle (WA), City and County of San Francisco (CA), State of Alaska House Finance Committee, Colorado- Department of Transportation, and Auditor General of British Columbia.

RETIRED EXECUTIVE MANAGER who spent his 32-year career with Exxon in the financial management area and was a manager in various Controller’s positions in the US, Venezuela, England, and Colombia. He has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg (Northwestern University). He and his wife, Jayne, have three sons and eight grandchildren. They lived 17 years overseas, and Rick is fluent in Spanish and has traveled to 57 countries and is actively involved in his church and community.
